In the past year we’ve made a committment to advancing staff to management level from within our existing ranks, and the most recent promotion in the company is the lovely Emma Rock.
Emma joined us just 5 years ago, and has blossomed into a confident and capable manager in that relatively short time. Since then she has also studied Event Management at Stillorgan College, and has really made the most of the job experience to grow and develop her talents – so much so that we decided to offer her management training in the past year. Emma took to the role with gusto and shed the training-wheels at an early stage, already managing events solo (and very well too, we might add).
Fond of weekends away (to Kevin’s dismay!), and blessed with the ability to apply flawless make-up in a moving car (as a passenger, of course), Emma has shown herself to be versatile, loyal and a quick-learner who gets on well with staff and customers.
Emma also passed her driving test in the past few months, and is already to be seen zooming around South Dublin in her new motor. Congratulations Emma!
